Imagine walking into the realm of mold. Yea idk if that's safe to inhale. Bed sheet has a sticky texture. Was in there for only 20 minutes. And out and bounce. Nope never. I'm better off spending my money somewhere else. Btw I'll be waiting for that $100 refund deposit. I have videos of that whole room recorded before I left.
One of the best Wyndham chain of hotel I like to stay. Great customer service, clean spaces, and good breakfast.
I get not every hotel is perfect and everywhere has their flaws, but over the course of a year I have spent over $1000 here for work conferences stays, and during my stay last night the metal handle on the side of the shower ripped out of the wall. I fell and not a single employee of the hotel seems to care. No compensation, refused to refund me, and on top of that the younger Indian gentlemen(Jesse I believe) belittled me and seemed to have zero respect or regards for my well being.
