I was pleasantly surprised by a breakfast that I could. I have celiac and cannot eat gluten and staff helped to make sure that I had options. My room was very comfortable both nights and I had a very nice stay.
Nunca limpiaron nuestra habitación. Tuvimos una desagradable sorpresa de que nos. Tocaron para entregar la habitación puntualmente a la hora y fue el peros al de limpieza que no fue para nada amable. Aparte del check out eléctrico también una llamada telefónica. Creo que sobra tanto proceso para obligarnos a entregar y peor aún el trato del personal de limpieza bastante déspota.
Rooms felt dirty. Bathroom's kept on flooding. Requested room upgrade - but didn't get one, yet I was charged for it. Kept on getting text messages about "if there's anything we can do, please respond to this message", but when I did, nobody responded/read it. I requested a call-back in regards to an issue I had withe the room and three weeks later, nobody called.
