After checking out of the room 20 minutes later, we realized we'd left our wallet there and called the front desk manager and asked him not to clean the room. We arrived back 20 minutes later to check where we'd left our wallet, but the room was already being cleaned. The Mexican woman, who doesn't speak a word of English, naturally said she didn't find anything. She didn't see anything. The managers just shrugged their shoulders. I don't recommend staying at this hotel because they're untrustworthy.

We used this hotel for our wedding and couldn't be happier. Rachel couldn't have been more helpful and flexible. So glad we found this location.

This is definitely only a 2 star hotel and I’d never stay here again. Noisy all night hearing doors slamming and the first thing I saw coming out of the elevator was two bags of garbage sitting in the hallway. I’ll say the location was good in that it’s close to Starbucks but that’s about it. The night front desk staff was nice too. Unfortunately the lady who checked me out in the morning wasn’t as nice and she also wrongly charged me a “pet fee” even though my dog is a service animal and had a leash clearly marked in neon g... read more
