The most dirty room experience at La Quinta at Miami Lakes. Blood stains on sheets, mold in bedroom, hair in tub, scrapes on tub, walls stained. Door handle to bedroom broken. Carpet dirty and smelly. Manager never faced us after 3 days of trying to speak with him. Requested new room only to be shown ones that were as dirty. Lamps and mirrors rusty. Overall a nightmare of experience, we checked out 4 days earlier to a different hotel.

The best part of this hotel is the location. My family and I had 2 rooms and stayed for 1 night which was more than enough. While waiting for our room we saw a roach in the main lobby. Both rooms were dusty and dated. When we walked into the rooms they felt damp so we had to crank the air all the way up. It looked like Edward Scissorhands had gotten to the wood furniture because it was all scratched up. Had to ask the housekeeper to remove a dirty washcloth left under the sink.
