My room was okay for one night, but my room could have been better cleaned and the carpet needs to be replaced immediately! The whole hotel has to be renovated! The breakfast could have been better as well. Next time, I will be staying at the Sonesta Hotel behind your hotel. It is about $20.00 more but with much better reviews.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!! The hotel has lots of stains in the floor of the hotel room and in the hallway. The elevator buttons barely work the shower heads in the shower had green stuff all over it. The rooms smells like smoke and also had a bad odor smell. The breakfast area is okay but doesn’t have many options. This hotel needs a lot of upgrades. One of the side doors was constantly staying open which is not safe. Pongo una estrella xq no puedo poner 0 estrella,acabo de llamar a la Quinta Hotel de Miami Lake y me dicen q no tienen a nadie q hable Español...!,en serio...?,se q estamos en EE.UU pero en Miami,en un Hotel y no tienes a nadie q hable Español y aun le pregunto si puede conseguirme a alguien q hable Español y me dice q no...!(ya saben si no hablan Inglés no reserven en la Quinta de Miami Lake...!🤷♀️🤷♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
