Book this hotel online… My first time staying in Florida. I was trying to pick a hotel that was close to my friend home. I arrived at 220am. Per front desk staff, that my room was upgraded because they didn’t have any other rooms on 8.22.25. Went to the 2nd floor opened the door to the room. The full out couch was open and old sheets were on. Open the bathroom to was it clean and roaches started to move around. Very old moldy smell my room had roaches staff was nice but the hotel wasn't well kept
first assigned room the A/C was inoperative. second room: bathtub all chip off and clogged. carpet dirty and smelly. elevator controls held in place with duct tape and the floor annunciator inoperative. toilet seat loose. one word DISGUSTING
Single-Ply Toilet Paper. Yes, Single Ply-Toilet Paper. You read that correct; SINGLE-PLY TOILET PAPER. I was not sure if I was Pooping at a gas station or a hotel. Got asked by the Receptionist if we had stayed here before. I answered with a "Yes, 2 years ago". Word for word, I get a response of, "Lots has changed in 2 years". I kept this one in my back pocket... "Is the Fitness Center Open?" Receptionist responds with, "Still Working On It." WOW! Do I need to say not much has changed in 2 years? Es un hotel de paso, si es por una emergencia o por una noche, es lo justo, al personal de recepción le falta mucho, pero mucho en servicio al cliente, pero les rescato que me ayudaron con el check in antes de las 3, el desayuno agradable, habitaciones buenas, la piscina es solo de mostrar, nunca sirve, está sin mantenimiento, el ascensor está muy viejo.
