We had a 2 bdrm. The sink leaked. The toilet made a dripping sound that we had to shut the door and our TV didn't work. When we asked for it repaired or replaced our only option was to down grade our room. There was never an attempt by anyone to try and repair it

Customer service was very good
Room and atmosphere were great! Loved pool side. (indoor) And breakfast was good. Great location, easy parking, near tons of restaurants and shopping. Staff was very helpful with most things. 4/5 Recommended!!! Great prices!!!
