Customer service was very good
Room and atmosphere were great! Loved pool side. (indoor) And breakfast was good. Great location, easy parking, near tons of restaurants and shopping. Staff was very helpful with most things. 4/5 Recommended!!! Great prices!!!
Both my truck and my dad’s truck were broken into right in front of the building. Fortunately, we had it all caught on the dash cam.
Attention TEXAS travelers. Had two trucks parked here last night and BOTH of them had the windows smashed out and ransacked. Cops said they’re looking for guns. Front desk girl was rude to my wife upon checking in. Room was fair. No offer from staff to discount or rectify the fact that our vehicles were damaged.
We used this hotel for two different dates as a between stop for our trip to Seiverville. Our first day of arrival, Mike ( older gentleman, may have his name wrong) was awesome, helpful with information, and held a friendly smile. During our second time of arrival, we were given a room with blinds that did not work. The front desk quickly rerouted us to a new room with no hesitation and promptly.
