This property is very unkept, and management is a joke. Housekeeping is lazy, and I witnessed them walk past trash and dirty towels left outside a room, which were still there after hours—no clean towels and filthy hallway and couches. It needs better management and tremendous updates.

This place was an absolute disaster. I have never stayed anywhere this terrible before. The guy at the check-in counter asked for part of my payment in cash in a super sketchy way and I'm certain he just pocketed it. Everything in my room was dirty, falling apart and inoperable. My bed was full of black specks; thank God they weren't alive. My "neighbors" were partying and being loud in the hallway until at least 4am. I'm sorry LQI, but I have to tell it like it is. The room I stayed in looked like it had suffered multiple bachelor parties or maybe a fraternity party in recent past. Everything in the room was bent broken or damaged. Even the sheets had holes in them. Besides that, there were ants near the door trim in the bathroom. I'd stayed in LQI's in other states at other times and I know that you are not fancy, but have never really had an experience like this stay.
