Peaceful
One of the worst hotels experiences I have ever had any where! Dirty room, the fridge and lamp didn’t work. The front desk staff could not have cared less. I was told based on the rate I paid I wasn’t guaranteed everything would work! I am totally serious! Just horrible.
Double charged for an already reserved room. Mold around windows, urine stains on mattress. Desk service seems almost afraid to serve guests, the person went into their office when they saw me coming down the hall. Gum and pubic hair stuck on blanket, flipped upside down to try and hide it. Came down in AM for breakfast and found mold all over the bagels. When I say all over, I mean the mold was on 100% of the bagels on the platter. I threw the whole platter in the trash. This property is very unkept, and management is a joke. Housekeeping is lazy, and I witnessed them walk past trash and dirty towels left outside a room, which were still there after hours—no clean towels and filthy hallway and couches. It needs better management and tremendous updates.
