La Quinta is always reliable!
They are only getting 1 star because I can’t leave 0. The housekeeping & manager stole my money out of my room. Room 311 out of the drawer. They were completely rude about it! They were rude every morning. The manager is the blue shirt. The housekeeper is black shirt woman. The other gentlemen was not there. clocked in after the money was stolen. I have stayed at La Quinta many, many times. This stay was so horrible that I will plan on staying elsewhere in the future. I had checked in by a very surly front desk employee. I went to my room and the first thing I encountered is the toilet overflowed. The man at the front desk fixed it and gave me towels to clean it up by myself. Disgraceful! DO NOT STAY HERE!! I was in town for a funeral and had scramble to find another place. This hotel is filthy and should be inspected by the City of McKinney Health Department. There was mold, holes in the walls, broken furniture and just filthy. I spoke with Dustin the manager, and let him know that I did not stay at the property due to the poor condition.
