I booked the room for my parents, they called me and said there is bed bugs, i talked to the front desk to change their room but front desk said the hotel is fully booked🤨 and they asked the cleaning team to clean the room, which i dont think bedbugss will be removed since that doesnt live on the bed sheets to change am not sure what to do at this point trying to get in touch with a manager so i can get my refund and fund another hotel for my parent.
Customer service was great! The room and overall quality and look of the property was not very good at all! I felt uncomfortable there! I had to cancel my trip a day short! Will have to reschedule and find a better Hotel next time! I will see about the shower/water situation and the breakfast in the morning.
I am writing regarding my recent reservation at La Quintana, 6501 Henneman Way, McKinney, TX 75070, for the dates of Friday, August 15 through Sunday, August 17. Upon arrival to our assigned room, we were very disappointed to find it in unacceptable condition. The room was filthy, dusty, and poorly maintained, and it also had a very strong Humid, unpleasant odor making it uncomfortable to stay.
