My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were very pleasant and professional. Although all the clerks were amazing, I wish I could remember that one front desk clerk's name, he was funny and very down to earth. All I know he has dreads and have a great personality. The rooms were clean, great breakfast and drinks. The location offered a variety of selections of restaurants and shopping centers. It just gets a little busy when trying to leave, but you could also walk to most of the places. My only concern was for the pool.... read more

Friendly greeting, clean comfortable rooms with good shower pressure. Breakfast was good but not set up for 7am

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. However, there were a few concerns that impacted our experience. The pool was extremely dirty, making it unusable during our visit. Additionally, our bathroom sink remained clogged for most of our stay, and we experienced ongoing issues with the door lock.
