Stopped off on the way to Cinnamon Shore to give our pug some water and clean up a mess in our car. We were here for about 10 minutes when a gentleman came out and aggressively to us that we were on private property and to leave for tresspassing. We left immediately upon request and without argument however if this is the way they treat any potential guest and represent their business, we'll never patron this place. The owners are hostile. I pulled up about to go in and see about a room. I decided to take a quick smoke break. I let my service animal use the restroom. Immediately within 30 seconds of exiting my vehicle, the hospitality committee of this establishment, met me in the parking lot to tell me that they knew I wasn't a guest and that I needed to vacate the premises and that my service animal is not welcome. It's the worst hotel ever, and the customer service is unbelievably bad. After I checked out 11am, I came back. I said I like to wait cople of hours in the lobby till my wife pick me up, they said no and they call police on me, I can't believe they did that on costumer,anyway this hotel is not worth it 140$ ,this hotel was empty on Tuesday. I probably was only costumer there, rooms are bad smell bleach everywhere, shower is old and dirty, this hotel worth max 80$

This used to be La Quinta but is now Mathis Deluxe Hospitality. Same nice rooms just no signs on the building. Driving up to it we didn’t see any vehicles and were suspect about going in thinking it was closed down or vacant. But rooms are nice and it’s very quiet and alittle scary.
