HOW IS THIS HOTEL EVEN STLL OPEN!!!!! Im calling the MANSFIELD HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!! The mold and filth in these rooms could kill someone!!!! They STINK!!!! I had to change rooms three times!!!!!!!!! Same situation in every room!!! ROACHES held up a welcome sign, EWWWWWWW!!! The tub had mold and ring around it as if someone had just taken a bath!!! YUCK!!! Everything was great except one of the house keepers lied to me. She told me she would come back to vacuum the next day. My little guy had chip crumbs everywhere. Not only did she lie but avoided my room like the plague. Didn't even get clean towels that day. Everyone was super nice and tolerant of my kids and our loud nature. I just hope she is the one who gets to clean the room after we are gone bc I did not leave a tip this time and its directly related to that very incident.
