Booked the room Sunday evening thru Tuesday. As I am here in Mansfield looking for a home and meeting with the realtor. I specifically asked for a roll in shower as I am an amputee and need to use a wheelchair. As I checked in, they saw me with it and didn't say anything. It was almost comical the amount of errors that they made. We were traveling for our daughters AAU basketball tournament. We had reservations but we were checked in under the wrong name; even though we presented identification, placed in the wrong room, locked out of the room, displaced for about 2 hours while trying to explain to housekeeping, the front desk and the manager that " we had already checked in". We finally got everything figured out but we are still waiting on that refund.
