The beding was not cleaned. There were stains and hair all over the bed and pillows. The floors and couch was filthy and full of hair. The gentleman at the front desk seemed put-out that we requested the linens be changed. Ice machines out of order. Hallways very hot. I have stayed here the past 3 years during my Christmas trip, and I don't remember the place looking so dirty and unkempt. Staff couldnt speak english and I believe ownershjp recenty changed.
