Room itself was okay. Wasp nest on the outside of the window was a bit disturbing. 2 night stay. Had to reprogram room cards twice. The halls have stains on the floor and smell like weed. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
When I say nasty nasty. I asked for my money back and the manger said no. My room was infested and she claimed nothing was wrong with it. I called the health department they will look into it. They definitely know the hotel has bugs.
GROSS. The lobby appeared halfway decent upon checking in, but the hallways and elevator were nasty and smelled awful (probably due to the trash bags piled along the hallway). The door to the room looked like it had been kicked in. The room was visibly filthy. Debated leaving immediately, but thought we could tough it out. Then we saw roaches in the bathroom and hair in the sheets. Decided to just forgo the money we spent & leave.
