Booking here was the biggest mistake ever. I would give your customer service zero stars if that was an option. Tonight we drove 5 hours to check in at this hotel. We made a reservation through booking.com. As far as I could tell from booking.com our room had been paid in full. I kept getting emails from the hotel saying that our stay was confirmed and that we could do online check-in. I had never booked through booking.com before so I wasn't really sure how it all worked.
