Older hotel but more than made up for with the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff
This was the absolute worse hotel ever! I stayed in room 312- the room had dirty smelly blankets- no wash cloths- refrigerator was not cleaned. The shower took 30 min for warm water to come out. The room was very humid even with a/c on. The office manager did not want to come out and address the concerns! The service was absolutely horrible.
Best service, best people, I’m not picky about rooms, only that it’s nice and clean, the location was super convenient for me since it was near the hospital that family had to be at. Just a really good experience in general
