Room phones do not work. Limited handicap parking. No response for room maintenance.
Don’t trust anything this hotel tells you. My stay was great; check in process was fine. I was told they released my incidental hold on my card; they did not. I contacted the vendor of the card; they were showing on their side it hadn’t been released. I was told by one employee they were gonna get me in touch with the billing department; another said the manager was gonna call. Nothing has happened. Get everything in writing
