The phone number on Google is not the hotel’s direct line. We booked through it and were told the pool and bar were open, but upon arrival, we found out the bar hasn’t existed for years and the pool was much smaller than in the photos. The room also didn’t match the pictures. Customer service was poor — especially from the woman with long black hair, who didn’t answer our questions and at first said we couldn’t cancel. 3rd stay 7-31-25. I accidentally booked two rooms because internet was poor inside and Wyndham app had an error. Success story… manager refunded the accidental stay. And believe me, so many chains won’t. —- 2nd stay 7-30-25. Balcony suites were all booked so I got the double queen room. Only problem is that they were full mattresses. Not queens. Lol.
