It was perfect. Hotel staff very nice.. check in staff and breakfast staff very nice. Easy check out.. breakfast had plenty of items..
It was a nice weekend getaway. Beds were very comfortable.
I was booked with room 206. Lots of pigeons were roosting outside the window and had crapped in the area. The hotel assured me this wouldn't be a problem for incoming air conditioning. All I know is that I woke up around 3am with a stuffy nose and swollen throat. Also the pigeons were making pidgeon noises and this went on all night. The checkin person told me they had planned to clean that up but hadn't gotten around to it. The other issue is that we had almost no hot water. I ended up taking a cold shower. Terrible customer service, called 5 times, no option gets to a person, the last time we reached a human being that puts on hold for 20 mins and the call dropped, we gave up after that
