After recommending this place for years due to its proximity to the Heart Hospital, I finally experienced a five nights stay at La Quinta on Auburn in North Lubbock. Lou was exceptionally wonderful. Overall an ok experience. Room door didn’t close tightly without putting some force behind it. Most outside trash cans were over flowing. Check in was easy, breakfast was average, room was clean.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! This was hands down the worst stay at a hotel I have ever had and I wasn’t even there that long!! 9pm-830am. First of all, upon arrival there were no shower towels in my room nor was there any hot water. Wasn’t even really able to make bottles for my infant until the morning nor was I able to really shower after traveling which is a very horrible feeling. If I could get a full refund I would!! Do not stay here. Room smelled like pee. I stayed for approximately an hour and SOMEHOW cannot get ahold of a manager to get even a partial refund. Reached out to Wyndham and they said, sorry, it's an independent franchise and we can't help you. Stay literally anywhere else.
