Got here at almost midnight, the guy checking us in gave us one set of keys and forgot to give us the other, so we had to track him down. This morning we're having breakfast from the hotel and my 5 year old asks me why the bread is green. I tried talking to the manager at the front desk, she disappeared for 10 minutes to chit chat with coworkers. Bad WiFi other then that great
Three days and wifi is out 95% of the time. Staff can only "reset the wifi" good for 3 minutes. Guess since it's free this is what we get.
Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in terrible shape—scratched-up surfaces, a creaky bed that made noise with every small movement, and a fridge that didn’t even have power. The TV was tiny, definitely under 32 inches, and the shower hadn’t been cleaned, with black gunk everywhere. The WiFi didn’t work at all, and to make things worse, the side entrance was broken, meaning we had to take a long detour every time we went to our room.
