Adequate but could use some TLC
Staff not helpful at all. I got double charged and every time I called the person who answered would take a message for the manager. The manager never called me back. I eventually had to go through the credit card company to get my money back. Would not recommend to anyone. Also took an hour to check in.
Absolutely amazing staff.
Check in is at 3pm, arrived at 5:30pm and the room was yet to be cleaned. Mind you we had a reservation, and they chose not to clean the room. So, they had to call in someone to come back to work to clean the room, which was about another hour. The gal at the front desk was very apologetic, but quite frustrating to start the experience We booked the family suite, which is 2 queens and a king. I had been staying at a budget motel and it was miserable so I decided to give La Quinta a try because it was reasonably priced. I am so glad that I did. The lobby is beautiful. The breakfast room decor is modern with great colors, and the breakfast was delicious with quite a few choices. My room was perfect for what I needed and it was nicely appointed.
