Breakfast was at least decent and the lady at the front was nice. The rock solid mattress wasn’t the greatest and the bathroom had a suspicious lingering odor. Stepping into the tub felt too spooky. Probably won’t come back.
Destiny at the front desk provides excellent customer service. The hotel has a pool and beds are comfortable. We did have to switch rooms due to a maintenance issue but Destiney took quick action and got us a similar room on the same floor so we didn't have to move our luggage very far. No store for emergency purchases though.
Destiney at front desk is super friendly. She made the stay worth it.
Maintenance of this facility is a major issue. The elevator has obvious safety issues. Our first room the TV wasn't working and the phones were not functioning. The curtains and one of the lamp shades were tattered. Our second room one of the bathroom scones had a burned out light bulb and the console for the TV and refrigerator has a broken side which left the refrigerator door hanging ajar. The upside was the bed was fairly comfortable.
Pool and gym were not available. It was clear they do not move the furniture to clean as there was trash and dirt under the chair when I moved it to a different area. The TV supplied in the room was not connected to internet and as someone who is good with technology I couldn’t get it to connect. The hallways are very warm and humid. The side door remains propped open with a rock.
