Desk clerk very nice. Room however not good. Phone didn’t work in the room, called hotel on cell phone but couldn’t reach front desk as they have phones forwarded to central reservations. Mold in bathtub, mold growing in picture frames, all furniture is very scratched up and fridge cabinet very bad. Iron had black on it that transferred to clothes, had to go down to desk in the morning because they STILL had the phones forwarded. Room needs a really good preventative maintenance done in it.
Stayed here while traveling through. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was a plus, and the front desk staff were easy to work with. The rooms felt a bit worn and could use some updating. The bathroom, in particular, didn’t feel very clean, which was disappointing. There’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and upkeep.
Had a wonderful visit with grandkids here for Spring break. The indoor pool was a blessing! Staff was very helpful & courteous. Will definitely stay here again!
Room was very rundown down with dents in walls, rust on lamps and alarm clock, paintings were missing from room, chair in room had sticky stuff all over it. Not worth the money.
