I regret not reading previous reviews before booking. I have been to plenty of older hotels, but lack of cleanliness here was concerning. There was a musty mold smell when we entered our room, old stains next to the toilet wall that i cannot tell if they were mold or other mysterious substances, and random stains on the chair and bed skirt that looked like poor attempts of cleaning whatever those stains may have been. Walked in to the room to be greeted by a musty smell that made my nose itch and eventually start coughing. This place was in disarray. The furniture all busted and the carpets stained. Started setting our stuff down and found dried boogers on the bed that hadn't been cleaned. Then the bathroom wall had feces on the wall that had not been cleaned. The light switch in the bathroom hadn't been clean in so long that it had about and 8th of an inch of grime buildup on it. I don't think I've ever cleaned a light switch in my home ... read more

I wasn't happy that the pool and spa were out of order for 3 of the 5 days I stayed. The back door did not have a working lock. The best part of the experience was the coffee and breakfast in the morning.
