As mentioned prior, the pool was not working and closed down, but I was still charged full price. Nowhere on the website prior to booking this hotel did it mention that pool was closed. However, this is Texas, so i believe that the pool should also be a top priority alongside cleanliness and hospitality. Texas is hot as it is, so many people reserve these bookings based on the accomadations and amentities and location. Get it together LaQuinta.
Ashwini and Courtney are fantastic Representatives, excellent hospitality! Also Kia does a remarkable job at dining 😊. This place is wonderful for first timers visiting Lewisville; they have discernment when it comes to taking care of guests and also very welcoming.
Great breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. Staff were very accommodating and polite.
The front dest receptionist was super nice and helpful. One of the best hot breakfast place. Rooms are super clean. Great lobby area.
