I attended a retreat at this hotel last weekend and unfortunately left a clothes in the drawer there. As soon as I realized it - the next day I contacted the hotel. After several days of calling back I was told that they did not locate my items. I know for a fact they were left in the drawer. I’m sure things are left often but I did not receive a callback for several days and it was only after I called back repeatedly. There was nothing fancy but one item was a sentimental shirt from the retreat.

Once you park your car... everything is walking distance. Great food and other services surrounding you here.

Free breakfast with enough options and nice seating. Quiet, friendly staff. Had an issue with hot water that was quickly fixed. Comfortable rooms. The only negative was that the faux wood floors aren’t mopped regularly — my bare feet got so dirty from just walking around the room.

Booked a handicap room but was given a regular room on the first floor. The clerk found a shower chair but it was very wobbly. This hotel is in keeping with the "keep Austin weird" theme with no drive up entrance despite the large back parking lot. Parking was very limited because of the restaurants and shopping center it is located in. Requested that the room be serviced and it was not. Had to go get new towels the 2nd day and they gave me a random assortment of towels.
