Job turned into overnight so needed a room close room was clean and well maintained staff was friendly and helpful
I literally got kicked out of my room. Horrible customer service. I got kicked out because customer service failed to extend my stay when I requested the change a day prior . Offered the room but a much higher rate almost doubled. I refused to pay because management made a mistake. I never checked out, all my belongings still in the room before I took off to work.. Clean rooms. Good customer service. Great breakfast.
Room needed several maintenence repairs, tile etc
Room and common areas were nice and clean. Check-in was prompt. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good... the usual sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc. It was hot and kept supplied. It was convenient to I-10 and easy to find. I would stay there again.
