Had many issues elevator failing pool dirty toilet not flushing

No complains here. The breakfast was good compared to other places we have stayed at.
My room was sorely lacking in accommodations. I dont think it was a room prepped and properly prepared for a guest, somebody is falling very short at doing their job. The rate i paid for the room was nowhere near the quality of what it should have been.
So I check in and 15 min later going in the shower another family walk in due to the front desk booking the same room to another family. Someone got a free show. When I walk down looks like it was 2 other families with same issue.
