My friend and I stayed at this La Quinta for a night. The service was fantastic from the moment we arrived. The receptionist greeted us warmly and helped us check in. He even held our luggage while we were traveling and arrived at the hotel super early. To top it off, he gave us a free upgrade room!He also worked a double cleary he needs a raise or his hospitality will be appreciated elsewhere. However, the room itself was a bit disappointing. The rooms were very clean just a few stains on the mirror and sink. Customer service was bad but still got the work done my bad I mean they had a attitude that wasn’t very welcoming. It’s located in a good area right off the interstate, but it takes like 1 million years to get out with so much traffic
Rude front staff, unexpected charges, tried to charge my card again in the middle of the night without approval.
