Just got out of the hospital needed a place to stay for a few days. The manager was little help. Older at the desk was the most helpful even though she needed hip replacement. There going though modeling the place is a mess. Paint and drywall debris all over the place. Room door don't close properly. Fixtures in the bathroom was falling in the bathtub. Only had 2 screws holding it up.
It has been one of the worst experiences ever we only stayed one night and it was more than enough. We stayed in from 204 on 10/4-10/5 first of all we had only one lamp working. There was no type of light in our room the bathroom door didn’t close at all we had to go use the restroom downstairs very inconvenient. Then none of us could take a shower because one the restrooms door didn’t close , tub was really dirty, no shampoo no conditioner and the shower curtain was nasty uh no thank you. My experience was horrible. There was no mention on their sire of a remodel in progress . There was NO toilet paper or holder in the bathroom, the floors were filthy, there were NO light bulbs in the lamps. The pool water was cloudy and filthy.
