Mildew in the bathtub, drapes don’t block the sun, broken venting on the a/c and bar soap cheap and gritty. Very disappointed
This is my go to hotel any time I need a room in kerrville. Check in is quick and easy and Like always the room was clean spacious. My only issue this time was the room I was in upon entering had some carpet damage exposing the tack strip which at First I didn’t think anything of it until my three year-old refused to keep her shoes on and kept stepping on it which was a continuous problem and then I stepped on it after getting out of the shower, which is not pleasant at all. My husband had to stay here for work for the past week. Elevators were broken, had to take stairs to/from the third floor; no coffee for the room, so had to go up and down for coffee; refrigerator in room was broken and they wouldn't replace it; breakfast was not great. All in all, never staying here again.
Better than sleeping than my car.
Fresh coffee even in evenings. Clean rooms. Indoor pool Very nice. Was not afraid for my parents to stay there
