We had a wonderful stay they let us have our grandchildren at the pool. It was amazing and we had the room with a jet tub. It was perfect.
Poor service poor everything do not spend your money here
I would not stay at this hotel. I had prepaid for a room for my son to do a college football camp. He rolled his ankle and I reached out before there 24 hour cancellation time because of the injury. I personally called the hotel and explained what happened and said I understood if they needed to keep part of it but the lady on the phone said they won’t refund you.
