I recently stayed at this hotel for a work event and was extremely disappointed by how a lost item was handled. On the same day I checked out, the hotel was contacted regarding an item that had been accidentally left in the room. Rather than making any reasonable effort to locate it, I was informed that the item had already been thrown away. This was not a cheap item, with a value exceeding $200.
