I stayed at this hotel during spring break and unfortunately my overall experience was disappointing. Upon checking into my room, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There were visible stains on the floor, residue on the wall, and a strong odor. I notified staff, and while someone was sent to clean it, the condition of the bathroom did not improve. This hotel has gone downhill tremendously over the past few years, and my recent stay was honestly disgusting. The room was in terrible condition. I found bugs in my room, which is already unacceptable, but it didn’t stop there. The ceiling had strange splatter marks and what looked like holes, which made the whole place feel dirty and poorly maintained. First off, the smell throughout the entire hotel reeked of a fish/ sewer smell. Half of the time, we were having to wait for the front desk because we couldn’t find them and they would end up being on the couches with their headphones in. Overall, this left a bad taste for us going forward with La Quinta.

We first noticed once inside & going to our room how dirty and rundown it is. As the evening progressed, we had to call the front desk twice and even a trip down to talk to them about the rambunctious people above our room. She kept calling the family, but it didn't stop. Very little sleep. No security on premises. People leaving their trash in the hallways, overflowing trash cans and someone even let their dog poop in the hallway.
