No hot water when we got back to hotel at 8:30.
Somewhat disappointed with our stay. Some of the front desk personnel were most unprofessional. One young lady never greeted us and was on the phone with her boyfriend every time we entered or left. Another could barely speak English, which led to a mix-up with our reservation. The issue was eventually resolved but not without the help of another employee and twenty minutes of lost time.
