I stayed here on the evening of August-06-2026. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! STAFF ARE SCAMMING GUEST! A maintenance man named Victor tried to break in and enter my room at shortly after 11:00pm while my young childeren and I were sleeping. One of my children woke me screaming for my help as the door continued to slam on the safety latch. I immediately got up to see what was happening. This is my 4th time staying here and the 4th time I've had issues. This will be the last time I stay here. I have given it 4 times as I believe in honest reviews. I realize how detrimental they can be to any business. 1st stay wasn't that bad. Would have given a 3 star review. Only issues is Ac wasn't working properly and the t.v flickered. Elevator in the front doesn't work. Horrible smell of weed inside the motel from guest. Noisy from other guest. I don't blame the hotel for those. Some guest are not considerate. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: Staff threw away property, management ignored us until corporate was involved, then offered a insulting 7k points! My son stayed at this location on a business trip, and his Birkenstock shoes were taken directly from his room. Both staff and management admitted to taking them but claimed they discarded them as trash simply because they were left on the floor. Where else are shoes supposed to be? My family checked in at 10pm and immediately checked out. We were in room 220 and it was filled with the strongest smell of mold. There was even a bug crawling on the bed. How is this hotel even open???? I thought I was being punked. DISGUSTING!!!!
