Excellent property. Very clean. Staff are warm and welcoming. Beds are extremely comfortable and you can really get your room cold with the A/C units they have. One of the best properties I've stayed at in a very long time. Will certainly stay here again on any future trip to Kansas City.

By far these best customer service I’ve received in years!! had many issues that would annoy the average person but Que handled them all flawlessly & with enthusiasm that made me consider making Kansas City permanent residence , overall the room was very well maintained but Que for sure made it feel like home! Thanks again for the amazing conversation & God bless!
