UPDATE: We stayed here again on July 4th, 2025, on our way to Montana. Still a good value. Not perfect, but what in life is? Pretty nice room, nice people. The A/C was noisy but we were too busy to deal with it. The carpet in our room was also really dirty based on what we tracked into the bathroom on our inside flip-flops. But the fact these folks can rent newer, decent rooms in a tourist town like Kanab for about $100 and still make money, makes me wonder what kind of fat hog people are cutting in other towns where frickin... read more
