The 3/5 is because the property itself was clean and satisfactory as I expect a La Quinta to be. The older person at the front desk ( Angela?) is polite and helpful. Other than that, I did not get a friendly feel at this property. The breakfast staff may be efficient but they don’t speak, not even a Good Morning which is strange. We stayed 3 nights 12/2 to 12/5 2025 and we had 2 rooms 208 and 206. On the night of 12/4 at 11pm until 3:30 AM the next morning there was (what we found out later) a citywide planned power outage. ... read more

Great location. Love the small town of Kanab and all there is to do around the area. Really good breakfast and Pizza Hut next door.

Worst experience this hotel sucks at dealing customers concern the front desk whoever talks Angela and manger nick damn they sucks at listening customer I booked other hotels with non refundable they agreed to cancel with no fees I called a 2 weeks head of time to cancel they blaming policy .. suck your policy your hotel sucks

I stayed here while on a visit to Zion. TLDR : The rooms are standard. The breakfast is good and the service is great!! I had forgotten my keys and earphones in the room and called them up 15 hours after I had check out. This was in the middle of the night, and they told me that they'd check in the morning and let me know. I was highly uncertain that they'd call back. Not only did they locate the items in the room, they called back to figure out how they could send it to me, and then shipped the products to a different city ... read more
