For the most part, this was a fairly good hotel stay there were just some faults that were hard to overlook. Our room wasn't ready for check in at check in time (3pm) due to what we were told, was broken washing machines. There was water damage in the breakfast nook, the elevator made a bunch of scary noises that sounded like it was going to fall, our shower drain was broken, and the shower itself took 5-10 minutes to warm up to a usable temperature. Stayed here about a week ago, besides our room, our stay and breakfast being amazing. The young lady behind the desk was so helpful. I believe her name was Maude. We definitely bothered her a few times but she was never hesitant to help. We saw her running up and down the halls trying to help everyone she could. I asked how could I brag about our experience with her to the Manger and she simple said, "no need, us noticing her effort was enough".
