I've stayed here a few times traveling back home for the holidays and have never had any issues and would stay here again.
Can't know. They refused chime cards. Didnt have a clue so there we were my doggie and I with no place to stay for a convention. Went to the Hilton. For 100 more I just stayed at the convention hotel. Guy was rude. Treated me like I don't have money based on the bank.
The room we got the floor was soaking wet and it smelled musty. The second room didn't have a remote for the tv so we had to go to the front desk to get one two times. The first one didn't work on the tv. Would not recommend this one at all.
