Location is downtown Jamestown...take it for what it's worth. Room setup is ok. Windows only open slightly. No room maid service unless requested. The door didn't close all the way unless I pushed or yanked it. Called the desk 4 times with no answer ever. Once from my room for more towels and room service, and 3 times since then to get a receipt mailed. No answer any of 4 calls. Not enough parking spaces for all the rooms. Not horrible, but far from impressive. The lack of customer service will keep me away next time.

I had a wonderful 5 day stay! The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping keeps the hallways clean, I had a small maintenance issue the first day that was addressed promptly. The evening desk clerk Matthew was very helpful and pleasant. I have stayed at this location several times in the past and never had an issue.
Excelente cuartos limpios y desayuno calientito y variados todos los dias. Alfrente hay una plaza en la cual puedes ir y sentarte.
Perfect location for the main attractions of Jamestown. Excellent room; helpful, friendly staff.
