This hotel was a very disappointing experience. My boyfriend is a quadriplegic and uses a power wheelchair, and I am his full-time caregiver. We stayed here last night and requested a wheelchair-accessible room, which we did receive. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are nice, and the location is convenient with nearby stores and restaurants. Unfortunately, everything else was a problem. Very clean and comfortable and staff is amazing
Started for the weekend. Rooms were spacious and clean. Front Desk staff was great. Didn't get to use the pool but it was open and clean. The breakfast was typical of what you would expect in a hotel.
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The staff is rude and they step outside to smoke, while thier was a long line of people waiting to talk to her. There was mold in pur room. And it looked like the pool had never been cleaned. It a as gross do not go here!
