Cleanliness throughout residence
This was the worst experience at laquinta. I work nights and there remodeling on my floor so I wanted a refund and keep getting the run around. I want to speak to the manager and the make excuses. The clerk stated they could not refund because 3rd party trivago. We'll today is our last day and they ordered ousvto move rooms. I stated give us a refund they would not . This is the worst hotel and customer service we ever dealt with. Won't let us talk to owner or manager. This should be escalated to the owner.
