Unprofessional service, hostile staff, and a severely neglected property. Avoid. I recently stayed at this La Quinta Inn & Suites location with my family after an exhausting 8-hour drive, and it was hands down one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever had. Upon checking in, our room’s air conditioning was completely broken. After notifying the front desk, a service technician arrived and informed us a "switchboard was out" and left. I had a wonderful 2-night stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jackson Airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and welcoming. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay.
We stayed here twice - once on the way to Florida and once on the way back. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable both times. The water pressure was probably one of the best of any hotel we've ever stayed at! We utilized the pool the first time we stayed and it was very clean and our kids had a great time swimming. Stayed with family for a night, it was a great choice. Continental breakfast was great, has different option for you to choose from. Staff was welcoming, helpful and kind. The bed I stayed in could’ve been better but that’s just my experience (you might get a diff one). Amenities and cleanliness inside the room were great. Will definitely stay here again if need be :)
