Everything about the hotel was functional and good for the price. Personally not a big fan of hardwood floors throughout the entirety of a hotel room but thats a me thing. Everything was clean and fresh. Very comfortable stay.
I picked this hotel because of the hot tub which was very cold and the receptionist couldn’t get help to make it hot.
*** edit to say that the owners response is FALSE. We informed the lady at the front desk immediately before we even started checking in. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE ANIMAL! We told the lady at the front desk as soon as we walked in that we had 2 service dogs. Then when she told us it was a 25 pet fee i told her no service animals are free. The next morning i checked out at 6:15am and the guy couldnt get the printer to work so i asked him if there was a pet fee and showed him their service animal registration papers (someth... read more
BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL IF YOU TRAVEL WITH A SERVICE ANIMAL. We told the lady BEFORE we checked in that we had service animals. I also confirmed a SECOND time before we got our keys. I will add that when I checked out the next morning it was early and the guy couldnt get the printer to work so I asked him to make sure I didn't have a pet fee and I actually SHOWED him my service animal registration.
