Maintenance issues (broken toilet) upon arrival after unpacking bags. Hotel staff did not respond for 3.5 hours to repair toilet. I would not recommend this hotel.
Lq charged my credit card $100 upon checkin to cover incidentals, damage, and theft on 10.17. When i checkedout on 10.19 i expected the $100 charge, that was pending on my credit card, to disappear. The charge went from pending toactual on 10.19. Ive called lq twice to get this resolved. First i was told it would take 5 to 10 business days to be removed. In a second call to lq i was told 2 to 5 business days to be removed ive stayed at many hotels includung lq and this is the first time this charge didnt disappear on checkou... read more
