Absolutely terrible. The elevator was out on one side of the building and the exit door was out on the other do you had to go completely across the hotel to go in or out really. Additionally our “deluxe” room had dirty bedding, pillows, carpet, and almost all the pillows were couch cushions with a pillowcase on them. The bed actually had what looked like dead worms or maggots on it. Disgusting and disappointing to say the least

The hot water doesn’t work, the elevator doesn’t work, the key didn’t work 3 times to our room, the front desk ignored us when we brought up that issue, the blanket they gave us had a big brown stain on it that I’m hoping is chocolate and it wasn’t washed, it was crusted in there, the door to the hotel rooms on the outside was supposed to lock but it was just left open for non customers to walk in and do whatever, and the room next to us has like 5 dogs who won’t stop barking all night and all morning.

No WiFi, inadequate parking lot lighting, entry doors not secure, ripped curtains, dirty room. Honestly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I've stayed in many LaQuintas that were very nice. Whoever owns this one doesn't not care. Windham should pull their licensing. Not up to par for the name at all! Never again! None of the selections below "How would you describe the hotel," apply.

The hotel is located on Katy Freeway by Highway 6. It is a nice hotel, with beautiful rooms, and it is very clean. The front desk lady was very nice. The bathroom and bed drawer light bulbs were out of order.

If you need just a shower and a cheap place to lay your head down well ... it works. We have been to far better La Quintas for sure. Parking was fine. Easy access to I-10. Basically most things were broken or had damage. The front elevator was not working. Now the back elevator was working but wow the sounds it made were a wee bit scary. Let's just say when your hubby says " get out quick before it falls", while partially in gest, does imply some of the issues we uncovered.
