No remote for the TV. The $100 deposit was ridiculous! Then I was told it was just on hold. When I got home and checked my bank account it had already been withdrawn. I want my deposit back! It was way more than the room charge! Will not be staying there again with that kind of deposit or staff!

I would give it ZERO STARS if I would, drove in from Amarillo, TX and there was absolutely no one in the front desk, there were other guests also waiting for someone to come out and help them. After 30 minutes, while we were on the phone with Hotwire trying to cancel, The front desk lady comes out of her car like nothing and starts attending the other people in the lobby. Theives!!!Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to risk losing $100. This hotel took a $100 deposit from me. When I didn’t see it returned after my stay, I asked the front desk. He looked at my account and said to wait 4-7 days. I waited and called back and they said it was returned on the 7th. I told them I have no deposit back from this hotel. I was given a fake email address. I looked up the managers number and again was told it was returned the day I left and was told to call back to the front desk???? I have checked... read more
