I stayed there and booked with a third party and they charged me twice and nobody over there has a clue what they are doing very upset don’t stay there
The facility was very disappointing, rooms were mediocre, the service was horrible. The breakfast was non existent and even the coffee made my stomach curdle. The staff for overnight was lazy
The rooms are disgusting . Literally! Bad musty smells had to move rooms three times .They have roaches ! Tv’s don’t work or there’s no TV at all in the room . Stained carpets and walls , cracked tile in the bathroom water didn’t get hot and the mini fridge did not work either Had food for my kids and they all spoiled ! . Paid through expedia and was charged double . The girl at the desk was rude and spoke softly I couldn’t hear anything she was saying . Marijuana smell all throughout the hotel .
