Excelente relación precio y servicio
Some of the ro9ms are terrible. Smell very musty or smell like deodorant in a attempt to disguise the odor of cat urine or dog feces. The staff is nice n try their best, the lady in charge of breakfast is friendly n does her best. The front desk clerks are doing their best. I recommend they allow animals on alternating floors. It's difficult cleaning up after a wet smelly dog. N these animals are sleeping on the beds. Risk of flea bites.
The guy at the front desk seems lazy. The laundry machines are never working. The ice machines are busted. The pools are closed down. Me and my entourage will never return.
Danielle the receptionist at the front desk the way he was talking to me us a customer made me feel like I visited his private house not a hotel his attitude was ridiculous and ofc the system is down so we couldn't check in because Danielle doesn't know how to manually check-in customers that already paid through 3rd party what a mess i will never come back to this hotel.
