Danielle the receptionist at the front desk the way he was talking to me us a customer made me feel like I visited his private house not a hotel his attitude was ridiculous and ofc the system is down so we couldn't check in because Danielle doesn't know how to manually check-in customers that already paid through 3rd party what a mess i will never come back to this hotel.
My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The sheets were completely unacceptable — they looked reused and not freshly changed, which was disgusting. The room itself did not appear clean upon arrival. I requested housekeeping, but none was done, and the staff told me they were short-staffed. For the price, I expected at least clean linens and a properly maintained room. I would not recommend staying here.
The rooms stink. Literally. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. I can live with the furnishings being beaten up and the walls having mismatched paint, but the smell was making me sick. We checked out early and went to Clarion. Much nicer, and we saved $20 to boot!
Clean room with a comfortable bed and good location. Got there a little early and the staff were pleasant
