La atención no es muy buena cuando salí la ventana de mi camioneta estaba roto nadie se responsabilizó solo me dijeron que llame a la policía les recomiendo pagar algo más en mejores hoteles más seguros ya lo aré para no pasar mal rato
They canceled the reservation because we didn’t show up early enough to check in, then they no longer had a room available when we arrived. The worst part is that we were delayed in arriving because our car was stolen right in front of our office before we left for the hotel. However, after seeing these recent reviews, maybe it was a blessing not to stay here.
I drove over 400 miles from Oklahoma City to Houston for a concert and was expecting a decent stay, but this hotel was an absolute disappointment from the moment I walked in. The entire place smells like urine, the carpets and furniture are stained and disgusting, and there are roaches in the room. Yes, roaches as in plural— completely unacceptable.
