La lavadora no servía ,no había alberca la explicación dada fue que no sabían porque aparecía que tenían alberca,las cobijas picaban y el cuarto olía medio mal.lo siento pero no lo recomiendo.

Worst experience ever. We came here in the middle of the night and they said we have to pay them again even after booking and paying online. Worst employees and the hotel smells weird. Ugly furniture and dirty ambiance.

I do not recommend this hotel. Had a last minute emergency on a work trip that caused me to need a hotel overnight nearby. This was the closet. I never received a receipt record. I emailed and called and they stated they could not give me a receipt. I explained all charges made to my company card require me to submit a receipt to my department’s finance team. They did not seem concerned. I’m putting in a complaint with Wyndham as I have never been denied a receipt for something purchased. Ridiculous.

Outside- the property had high grass and unkept landscaping plus the pool unmaintained and out of service. Inside, I found hair in the sink. The carpet was also dirty and the third floor hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. They moved me to another room and I found blood on my bed. Worst hotel!
