Güzel otel. Fiyatı biraz daha uygun olabilirdi.
Entire place smelled of smoke, roaches in the room, hair in the tub, the carpet was soaking wet and no one answers the phone. Not worth the money and would've been better off sleeping in my car.
Went on 8/22 and didn’t even stay 5 hours cause a bunch of baby roaches started appearing. Went downstairs and complained and they switched us 3 times and each room was nasty, bed bug stains, roaches, ac not working. On top of that a man was watching me and my friend threatened to “lock us in the room” and that’s when we had to switch hotels to comfort suites near sam houston (very nice 9.5/10) The man said they’d give it to us that following monday but they would charge us a $20 cleaning fee and once we questioned him he sa... read more
Mi estancia en este hotel fue una de las peores experiencias que he tenido. La habitación tenía un olor desagradable desde el momento en que entré, el aspecto era descuidado y sucio, y para empeorar todo, encontré cucarachas en varias partes de la habitación. Incluso había manchas asquerosas y mocos pegados en el techo, lo cual demuestra la falta total de limpieza y mantenimiento.
