Easy commute to downtown Houston. Nice location (felt very safe). Parking lot very well lighted. If you need something you forgot.- there is Walmart, & stores close, resteraunts are close. Easy off & on from freeway. Hotel clean, smells great. Room was much more than what I was expecting (we got the executative suite at the same rate as other hotels were asking or a regular room) - very much worth the money. If you need a SAFE, CLEAN, EASLY ACCESSIBLE hotel - stay here. Definitely recommend this location.
Property maintenance needs to be done in general. But in particular our room was hot when we entered, sink was dirty and toilet paper was left torn and unkept. Not so friendly customer service. No proper communication kept with customers.
