Never again. Tried to have a chill weekend with the fam there, but right out the gate we had problems with them. Couldn't use my points because my wife booked it in her name. After we were told we could, just to update the front desk at check in. They gave us the wrong room. A deluxe when we were charged for a suite. Got that fixed. The pool was closed. Hotel im Gewerbegebiet.
You would not think it’s as clean until you see it! Great service and everyone was friendly! Great stay and will definitely be a return customer! Thank you all for your hospitality!! Not to mention breakfast included was definitely a delight!
La peor experiencia de viaje fue quedarnos en este hotel , nos robaron las llantas de la camioneta y no hicieron nada por ayudarnos , pésimo servicio , personal no dispuesto a ayudar en nada , gracias a un huésped fue el único que nos ayudó .
