The people are nice but you can't get a big truck with a trailer in there
Middle of nowhere, no amenities within 2 miles! No restaurant in hotel, small bar/lounge area
Our stay was pretty good. We a had minor issue, however the staff was on it. Atleast twice a month, we have stayed at this hotel coming up on 3 years. We love it here and we will continue to choose this hotel for our stay while in Houston. Many complain about the front desk services.... I just don't see what many see. The rooms are nice, can they be a little more proactive in some things. Yes, however, I'm sure that's with any hotels/resorts. You will not find a spot where things are 100% all the time.
