Very very clean, everything looks new, the room is so big and comfortable, for me is important see cleaning on towels and bed, this room have all of that, highly recommended :)
Our stay was pretty good. We had minor issue, however the staff was on it. Atleast twice a month, we have stayed at this hotel coming up on 3 years. We love it here and we will continue to choose this hotel for our stay while in Houston. Many complain about the front desk services.... I just don't see what many see. The rooms are nice, can they be a little more proactive in some things. Yes, however, I'm sure that's with any hotels/resorts. You will not find a spot where things are 100% all the time.
