The rooms are well-maintained and visually appealing; however, the mattresses on the beds may not provide the most comfortable sleeping experience. Additionally, the check-in process was not as pleasant due to the demeanor of two front desk staff members patience. I booked a Double Queen Deluxe suite and paid for very early check in. When we arrived 10:37 am the desk clerk with black hair and big round eyes (she never gave her name and no name tag was present ) quickly attempted to charge me another $35 without inquiring any reservation information. She failed to tell me there was an issue with her system where she didn’t see my early check in after waiting an hour for the room to be cleaned.
