Internet is terrible and I can hardly ever connect to it the month I have been here. Makes it really hard to do my business from the hotel and I have to hot spot my phone to my computer to have internet. Ice machine on 2nd floor is always broke not sure why this can’t be fixed to make things more convenient for the consumer surely they make enough money to get things fixed. Drawers in the room won’t stay shut and shower does not drain.
After a long trip,arrived only to be met with condescending employees at Chek in other than that the place was great
Hotel needs a deep clean in the rooms, especially kitchen areas if your room has one. Bathroom toiletries are a nice touch but ours were empty. Lobby and breakfast areas were nice and clean. Breakfast food is just ok. Indoor pool is absolutely FREEZING. No fresh towels until you trade yours in. Hotel is really understaffed. Will not stay at this hotel brand again.
