I love this hotel and especially the hospitality from the ladies that work at the front desk, and the cleaning ladies. They made me feel at home for an all around great experience. And when you travel as much as I do, it means a whole lot. Plus, I had a personal issue when I arrived and they made sure it was took care of and I was good to go. Thank you ladies, I couldn't ask for more!
Your front desk lady with the lovely star tattooed on her throat is rude and could use some customer service training. The room has a slight smoke smell that lingers.. being a platinum member doesn't have any benefits if you can't get extra towels or a king size bed on the 3rd floor..check out was a nite mare, The "manager" Christina Todd, refused to print out a bogus charge before we even checked out and got loud with me over it. would not recommend.
Disappointing Stay at La Quinta - South Haven , MS. This was my first visit to South Haven, and I was looking forward to a comfortable stay--but unfortunately, La Quinta left a very poor impression. We booked three rooms, and all had a strong damp, musty odor. The only remotely fresh-smelling spot in the hotel was near the pool, thanks to the chlorine.
