Awful experience. There were bugs in the room, stained bed sheets and clearly the floors haven’t been cleaned in weeks.
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The first room we were given was absolutely disgusting — the floor was extremely dirty with random pills scattered around, bugs crawling across the room, stained furniture and beds, hairs all over the bathtub, and even the towels were already stained. When I complained, instead of offering a refund or any real solution, they simply moved us to a different room. That room turned out to be even worse.
