I was charged $50 of my $100 deposit. No warning of why it was taken at first. I called customer service after 3 weeks and they said that a towel was missing. I spoke with a supervisor and explained my case. I never stole a towel but I did remember something peculiar that there may have be only one towel in the first place. He asked why did I not report this and I responded that I was coming from a 8hr drive, checked in late and was going to leave the next morning. Didn't have double room that was booked so offered a rollaway bed... we had to pick it up from front desk and take it to our room ourselves plus make the bed (was given a very small discount for this inconvenience). It creaked everytime my son moved on it making sleep pretty difficult.Then the crowd that was hanging around and staying there was not comforting although they were friendly. Pool was cold and only a couple pool towels were available. The gal at check out was the best part of the stay.

I've stayed there twice. I've been very well pleased with the service. Last time there I was there was a little sketch. There was some kind of undercover agents in the parking lot. But other than that, don't bother you, it was a pretty good stay.
