Staff amazing. Breakfast good. Need bananas and decaf. Headboard and bathroom door scratched up, needs a refresher. But great room. Large, comfy bed. They accommodated us by putting us near back door bec of dog. It was great
nice room BUT bathroom needs some additional cleaning..shower floor dirty & has a constant leak. Bathroom floor wet up to toilet ehen we got here as shower door was left open assume after cleaning. Needs to be addressed as back of door is getting wet with splatter
Joshua at the evening front desk was extremely friendly and gave excellent service. I ask him if he was part owner because he was giving me the service I felt someone who had a stake in it would care. Anyhow got great discount with my loyalty card. $25 deposit to let us have our crated cat which we appreciated however it was waived since was comfort animal. Staff is nice but I am a diamond member with Wyndham and at this location you check in at one rate and every day it goes up. I'm told the location uses a national app to decide the cost of the room per day and the location has no control with this. Very sad I will not be going back to this location
