Well maintained property, clean room, friendly front desk associate.
Room was clean and comfortable. But no coffee pods in the room- just an oversight i assume
Upon entering our room the a/c temp was freezing. My wife attempted to turn the a/c off and mistakenly hit the heating which caused a nasty smelling smokey material to come from the unit that set off the fire alarm temporarily. Later we notice that the carpet appeared to be damp. Getting in the shower the first evening, I noticed a lot of dirt or black material where I put my feet in the bottom of the shower. The hotel was full of dogs. The floor we stayed on, dogs were beside and across from us, and we have kids with allergies and it wasn't clear that dogs would be around 24/7. A floor should be designated for pets. Room service was very nice.
The hotel was pretty dirty. It really needs some cleaning. Everywhere smells musty/moldy.
