Initially the hallways smelled musty. In the room the the shower at edges had black mold. The air conditioner did not work properly so the room would frequently become warmer than the temperature on the unit. There was no tea or butter available on their morning buffet. When I asked the young woman working the buffet area about it, it seemed as though I was being too much trouble even though I did ask very nicely and was not rude to her, i cannot say the same about her.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Check in and out was easy.

We walked in the front doors to check in. There are 2 people in the lobby. One sitting on the couch, one standing by the tall table in the breakfast area. We stand at the counter for a few minutes and no one is there to check us in. I look for a bell to ring. Nothing. My 6 year old finally says “mom, does anyone work here?” I said “ I don’t know.” The man by the breakfast area hears her and walks over. She said “ do you work here?” He said “yes.” He was dressed very unprofessional in shorts and a tshirt. No name tag. And ans... read more
