We walked in the front doors to check in. There are 2 people in the lobby. One sitting on the couch, one standing by the tall table in the breakfast area. We stand at the counter for a few minutes and no one is there to check us in. I look for a bell to ring. Nothing. My 6 year old finally says “mom, does anyone work here?” I said “ I don’t know.” The man by the breakfast area hears her and walks over. When I asked for my room to be cleaned, the same sheets, pillow cases and towels were reused. I did not get fresh ones. The room was not vaccuumed. My room phone did not work. The pool was closed and my card key did not work for the fitness center. When i reported this to the front desk (Mercedes) she was rude and stood there glaring at me, which changed my attitude. The coffee in the lobby was never fresh or hot. We had 2 rooms. I will not stay again. Awful experience....never again!

Whoever answered the phone at 08:40 ish PM on June 22nd was extremely rude and not patient at all. I asked her to repeat her question because I couldn’t hear her, and her response was “well I have a customer here so you either gonna wait on hold or I’m gonna have to call you back” in the rudest, non-empathetic tone. I’m sorry that we’re flying out in two days and a husband is trying look out for her wife. Aside from that interaction the rooms were nice, they had breakfast can’t complain in that aspect.
