I called to ask how much a room would and the lady that answered was VERY rude and horrible customer service if she can’t answer the phone and speak to someone the right way you need to fire her she was horrible.
We stayed one night in a king room with our dog. Owner/manager was friendly at check-in & matched the online room price. Hotel was rough around the edges, but generally clean enough. Breakfast was standard and the breakfast lady was very helpful. Lots of room to walk the dog around the hotel & many eateries within walking distance. Pool was not open.
Staff was friendly. Found a spider in a folded up "clean" towel and a dead cricket in the stairwell. Was woken up at 9am by a staff member POUNDING on the door to ask if we wanted housekeeping. I wish they'd asked us for our preference during check in.
