Room was clean and bed comfortable. If that's all you want, great! That being said... I was given a room with adjoining doors. No soundproofing at all. At 1:30 AM I went to the corridor door to ask the people yelling in the hall to please take it in their rooms or outside the building. Turns out they weren't yelling, nor in the hall 🫤 I'm a professional driver, and I value my downtime. The front deck should remind guests that house keeping is on a as requested basis. I can understand not changing sheets daily but the bed should be made, trash emptied, and bathroom refreshed. The minimart prices were ridiculously high. A vending machine would have been better.
Very clean and spacious rooms with an amazing bed/bedding. The shower/ bath products will Leave u googling them for ur own. Breakfast was great and staff were super helpful and always smiling. Definitely worth the money and then some.
Booked two rooms and asked for them next to each other. They were not. One of them was dirty with full trash, used towels all over, bed dirty and used sheets. Dog poop all over hallway. Lied on phone and said pool was indoor and open. It was neither. Asked for a refund so I could leave and get another hotel. The staff was apologetic, said the issued a full refund, and gave me another room, not what I paid and requested because they had no more rooms available. Charges for two rooms are still on my card.
