Great experience
I called for a specific form for an employee my job is sending to this hotel and Jordan was so kind. He took 20 minutes to help me and even stayed on the phone until I received the form. Thanks for the stellar customer service!!!!
Room smelled dank and was a little humid and sticky. Shower grout was gross and water pressure was poor. Service was underwhelming at first and then turned very poor. Would not clean room or make beds because my daughter left backpack and IPad on her bed. Tried to address with the front desk and was told we could leave. Certainly will never come back! To be fair, guy doing the breakfast was super nice.
Just a great experience. Overall. The room was clean, the pool area was clean and the water wasn't too cold. The staff were just super friendly and willing to help with anything that we needed. I would refer this hotel to anyone in the area. I wish that I had gotten the names of the people working but every shift was kind to me
