WE WERE BIT UP BY BED BUGS! OUR ROOM WAS INVESTED
The indoor pool was closed due to an expired permit issue, which was the only reason I booked the hotel for my daughter to swim. The room we stayed in, room 320, the bathroom door did not close all the way to latch or lock. The room door did not lock at all either. Other than that, the food was amazing, the staff was helpful and very sweet, and the rooms were cleaned and wonderful! We will book again next time we are that way.
WiFi isn’t free unless you sign up for their rewards app and there’s no TP in the room.
